FluentCloud Linux Repos

We have linux repositories for Ubuntu/Debian, Fedora, and Arch Linux distros that provide the following packages:

To setup the FluentCloud repository follow the instructions below for your distribution.

Ubuntu/Debian

  1. Edit repo sources list, for example

                                $ sudo vim /etc/apt/sources.list.d/fluentcloud.list
                            
  2. Add the following line to the sources list

                                deb https://downloads.fluentcloud.com/deb /
                            
  3. Add the signing key to your apt keyring

                                $ wget -qO - https://downloads.fluentcloud.com/deb/gpg | sudo apt-key add -
                            
  4. Update the repo and install the package

                                $ sudo apt-get update
    $ sudo apt-get install <package>

Fedora

  1. Setup the FluentCloud yum repository by creating the fluentcloud.repo file in /etc/yum.repos.d, for example:

                                $ sudo vim /etc/yum.repos.d/fluentcloud.repo
                            
  2. Add the folloing lines to fluentcloud.repo

                                [fluentcloud-repo]
    name=FluentCloud repo
    baseurl=https://downloads.fluentcloud.com/rpm
    enabled=1
    gpgcheck=1
    repo_gpgcheck=1
    gpgkey=https://downloads.fluentcloud.com/rpm/FLUENTCLOUD-RPM-GPG-KEY
  3. Install the package

                                $ sudo yum install <package>
                            

Arch

  1. Add the following lines to /etc/pacman.conf

                                [fluentcloud]
    Server = https://downloads.fluentcloud.com/pacman
  2. Add the signing key to your pacman keyring and locally sign

                                $ wget -qO - https://downloads.fluentcloud.com/pacman/gpg | sudo pacman-key --add -
    $ sudo pacman-key --lsign "FluentStream <support@fluentstream.com>"
  3. Install the package

                                $ sudo pacman -S <package>
